Quipa LS is an 11 year old mare bred by La Silla in Monterrey, Mexico. She
was purchased in the summer of 2007 from Mexican team rider Jorge Versywel.
Over the last three years, Quipa has developed into one of Western Canada's most
promising horses. She has had countless success in Grand Prix's over Western
Canada and the US. Including a very impressive debut at the 1.50m level at
Spruce Meadows in 2010. She has tremendous scope and talent and has all the
makings of a top horse.
Quidam de Revel needs no introduction to show jumping or
breeding. He topped the World Breeding Championship Jumping Stallion Ratings
for two years back to back in 2003 and 2004. He was a member of the French
Olympic Team, and 4th individually at the Barcelona games. He is one of the
highest sought after horses in any show jumping pedigree.
Pavlova La Silla competed in National competitions in Mexico
and is one of the best broodmares from La Silla. She has produced numerous
Grand Prix winners including Brenda Riddell's Monet and
Alejandro Karolyi's Mississippi LS, both sired by Mezcalero.
Quipa LS is a part of our Embryo Transfer program as she is currently active
in sport. We are anticipating her first foals in 2011.
